I’ve previously made a video discussing the three main styles of CPAP masks: pillows, nasal, and full face. Although the video is amateurish, it’s still widely watched, and many people find it helpful. However, with the advent of new technology and the availability of unique varieties of CPAP masks, I thought it was time to update the information. In front of me, I have various types of masks, including the hybrid full-face mask, the standard nasal mask, the standard full mask, the nasal pillow, and the new cradle masks. To make it easier to see the interfaces, I’ve removed the headgear from some of the masks for simplicity.
